Change of Mind Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the product:

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:

A replacement or refund for a major failure

Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

A repair or replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure
Return Process
If a return is approved:

We’ll provide instructions on how to return the item

Items must be returned unused and in original packaging (where applicable)

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow:

3–5 business days for us to process the refund

Additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the funds
Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items

Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind requests
